  • Based at our Dandenong South Warehouse

 THE ROLE… 
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will support the Warehouse Manager by managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate administrative records, and delivering outstanding internal customer service.

 

You will ensure seamless warehouse processes, from pick queue management to freight coordination while leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve logistical challenges.


Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Pick Queue Management – Prepare and prioritise picking work for the warehouse team, ensuring workflow efficiency
  • Administrative Duties – Process freight, validate invoices, investigate warehouse concerns, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Customer Service Excellence – Address internal customer requests and ensure warehouse support emails are handled efficiently
  • Technology Utilisation – Work with warehouse management and inventory systems, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite to streamline operations

THE PERSON…
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to multitask. They are an excellent communicator, capable of working collaboratively with the team to ensure the Warehouse runs smoothly.

 

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Previous administrative experience in a customer service or warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems, Excel, and Outlook
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to align warehouse processes with internal customer needs and expectations
