THE ROLE…
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the creative guide who helps customers bring their dream spaces to life. You’ll build real relationships, offer genuine advice, and create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

Every day, you will:

• Inspire customers with your product knowledge and design eye

• Provide warm, consultative service (not pushy sales)

• Follow up with customers to turn enquiries into wins

• Process sales accurately and efficiently

• Keep the store looking amazing

• Be part of a team that celebrates each other's success

WHAT YOU'LL BRING...
You’re someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine love for helping people. You enjoy working as part of a supportive team and are always keen to keep learning and growing.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field

• Motivation to achieve (and celebrate!) sales goals

• An eye for merchandising and store presentation

• A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build a great rapport

• Good tech skills and confidence with administrative tasks
