THE ROLE...

As Store Manager, you’ll lead with passion and purpose - guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding results. You’ll set the standard for excellence, foster a positive store culture, and coach your team to achieve success through strong sales performance, operational efficiency, and inspiring leadership.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales performance and delivering margin targets

• Leading by example in customer service excellence

• Managing stock levels, inventory movement, and loss prevention

• Coaching and mentoring your team for growth and success

• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and promoting a safe workplace

• Building strong customer relationships across retail and trade

• Bringing energy, focus, and accountability to every day
  
  

ABOUT YOU...

You’re a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to bring out the best in others. You’re strategic, hands-on, and ready to make an impact.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (retail, trade, or similar)

• Background in flooring, building, bathroom ware or hardware (highly regarded)

• Strong business development and sales experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for coaching, motivating, and leading by example

• Drive to exceed targets and deliver results
