Reporting to the Selections Manager and working with major clients, this role will support the builder and their clients with all aspects of their tile selections for their new homes.


This role is critical in maintaining the link and relationship for clients and customers and provides significant contribution to business sales performance and will help support the ongoing success for the Residential Trade Team.




Responsible for the successful completion of client tile consultations for key residential builders where you will provide one on one specialised advice & guidance throughout their selections appointment at various locations across Sydney at our Beaumont Tiles Stores and Studios.

You will follow this up by managing all administrative aspects related to product and order processing including record keeping and the completion of paperwork related to the selections.  


Critical to the role is the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience where you will manage the sale from the initial building of rapport through to upselling of the product and confirming and processing the order at targeted margins.

  • Effective time management
  • Tile product knowledge and design qualifications considered an advantage
  • A natural flair for interior styling, design and / or colour co-ordination is essential
  • Drivers licence and own car essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy with strong administrative skills
  • Flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed
