THE ROLE...
Reporting directly to the National Customer Service Manager, the National Order Management, Fulfillment, and After Sales Team Leader will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing Customer Service team. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional levels of customer satisfaction across our national customer base by overseeing accurate and timely order fulfilment and after-sales services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage order management, fulfilment, and after-sales resources, both locally and overseas
  • Lead the team in delivering a nationally consistent customer service capability, including product, installation, and other service solutions
  • Maintain cost-effective and efficient order management, fulfilment, and after-sales functions within the customer service department
  • Ensure reliable and timely customer information is provided
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to support system and process execution.
  • Lead a national approach to workload allocation and management.
  • Drive positive outcomes by meeting performance objectives and KPIs
