What You’ll Be Doing: Inspiring and Leading the Team - Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Creating a Safe and Positive Environment - Champion a Safety-First culture by ensuring all team members complete safety activities.
