What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspiring and Leading the Team

  • Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Creating a Safe and Positive Environment

  • Champion a Safety-First culture by ensuring all team members complete safety activities.
  • Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant environment for employees and customers.

Driving Operational and Sales Success

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Ensure the store meets company standards for appearance and merchandising.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Champion our GREATER program to ensure customers receive the best service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Actively pursue and maintain trade and retail business relationships.

Staying on Top of Reporting and Administration

  • Complete reports accurately and on time.
  • Timely and prompt processing of transactions in line with company policy

Work Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
