What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspiring and Leading the Team

• Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and work with the team on continual improvement.
• Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Creating a Safe and Positive Environment

• Maintain a Safety-First culture by ensuring all team members have a safe work environment.
• Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

Driving Operational and Sales Success

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management at Showroom & Trade Store.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer experience goals
• Ensure the store meets Brand standards for appearance and merchandising.

Maintain Administration Requirements

• Complete Administration tasks accurately and on time.
• Timely and prompt processing of transactions.

• Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sat: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM  (Rostered)
