What You’ll Be Doing: Inspiring and Leading the Team - Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and work with the team on continual improvement.
- Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Creating a Safe and Positive Environment - Maintain a Safety-First culture by ensuring all team members have a safe work environment.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
Driving Operational and Sales Success - Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management at Showroom & Trade Store.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer experience goals
- Ensure the store meets Brand standards for appearance and merchandising.
Maintain Administration Requirements - Complete Administration tasks accurately and on time.
- Timely and prompt processing of transactions.
