THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Selections Manager, you will be dealing with our major builder clients. This role will support residential builders and their clients in all aspects of their tile, bathroomware and hard flooring selections for their new homes. This role is critical in maintaining the link and relationship between clients and customers and provides a significant contribution to our overall sales performance to support the success of the Residential Team. FOR YOU... Responsible for the successful completion of client tile consultations for key residential builders, you will provide one on one specialised design and colour guidance throughout their Selections appointments at our Beaumont Tiles Studio in Norwood or the Grote Street Showroom. You will have strong attention to detail to manage all administrative aspects related to product/s including record keeping and formal the completion of selections documentation for each client. You will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint from appointment confirmation to completion of client variations. You will be keenly aware of the sale cycle upselling at targeted margins. You will also possess: - Experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer with a passion for customer relationship management and consultation/ Or a mature Design student with a proven flair for everything interiors and exceptionally high service values
- Previous experience dealing with Builders will be highly regarded
- Solid success in building rapport and trust with your client
- Proven success in sales and meeting targets
- A vision to bring customer’s dreams to life
- Efficient with follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction is at its optimum
- Possess the professionalism and business acumen to be self-managed and work independently

- Effective with time management and appointment scheduling
- Product knowledge and design qualifications will be highly regarded
- A natural flair for design and colour is essential
- Drivers licence and own car essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy with strong administrative skills
